"HORRIBLE customer service!!"
HORRIBLE customer service!!! Just gave me the run around for over a month and staff is incapable of reasonable problem solving conversation, basically they just read scripted policies over and over to customers with complaints and never solve the problem. They will not back a defective product and I'm out $250 and stuck with a pair of cleats that can not be worn without the potential to cause an injury. I was told to contact the boot maker (in Italy) myself!🙄

"THREE MONTHS and STILL NOTHING!"
I placed an order in June and got it in September, then placed another in August and am still waiting for it. The company offers no customer service or assistance but keeps telling me the items are in processing and will be ready in a couple of weeks. At this point the season is over and my boys have not worn their uniforms once! I have spent over $1000 with the company in the past few months and they couldn't care less. In fact, I've requested to talk to a manager a few times and they have said none are available. I asked to cancel the order and they said I couldn't since it was a custom order. This company is the WORST!

"We Got (NO) Soccer Uniforms"
You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

Worst customer service ever! Season is halfway over and we don’t have a uniform. Asked to cancel was told no. Asked for a partial refund was told no. Asked to speak to a manager was told no. If a company can’t meet deadlines to get uniforms out in a timely manner then they should not agree to fulfill the order.

Absolutely awful experience with We Got Soccer. Shipping is months (!!) behind schedule. I get a different answer from every customer service rep I speak to. After a total runaround on a soccer kit that was ordered in early July (still waiting in late Sept when the rest of the team has received their). They won't even ship the items free when they are ready. I have never experienced something like this - and am not willing to blame covid-related delays. Stay away!!

Reading the Wegotsoccer reviews only after having placed my order for the size ten Zoom Vapor 14 Pro, which no other site had in stock, my spirits were dampened if I’m honest. But the shoes came delivered as ordered and in a prompt fashion.

Agree with non helpful canned response.with customer service. They do not care. Ordered July 31, 2021. Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks.
More people should speak up! teams should stop using

"Slow shipping, inadequate/canned customer response."
Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

"Extremely slow shipping, poor customer service and accountability"
My children's soccer club has used WeGotSoccer for a couple of years and each season the uniforms arrive later than stated. This year has been the worst experience yet. I ordered two of my children's uniforms June 8, 2021 and was originally told we'd receive them within 3-5 weeks.
Today is Aug 16th and not only have we not received the uniforms, but we never heard from anyone from the company on why it was delayed and when it can be expected. To make matters worse, when I called to speak to with customer service to inquire about my order I was told they didn't know when my order specifically would go out, there wasn't a way to expedite my order to go out sooner, and I could not speak with anyone else to escalate the issue. At my request, the customer service rep finally took some ownership to at least inquire with the "production department" as to more specific dates on order completion and shipping options. Here's hoping that works out better than it has gone so far. 🤞
