Alpha did an amazing job of bringing back to life 2 bedroom carpets that I thought were beyond help and also cleaned my very large and deep pile lounge carpet. Very attentive to detail, using different techniques to get the cleanest result. Super quick dry time and carpets are looking and smelling beautiful. Today is the 3rd service we have had from Alpha. We have had our carpets cleaned. The carpets now look brand new and they are at least 4 years old. Will 100% use them again and would recommend using them. Customer service is outstanding.
