"Can't understand all the positive…"

Can't understand all the positive reviews on here about this company. AVOID !!! SCAMMERS!!! My partner ordered 2 metres of Organic Cotton from this company on the 22nd of April. A week later still no order. Emailed them yesterday to find out when I will be receiving my order. They reply with 'We can't deliver as we don't know your address!!!! Unbelievable!!! Tried to ring there telephone contact number on there web page but it immediately goes onto another number that's unavailable. Folks save yourself the bother if you want to order any material. Try E- bay or Amazon.

I ordered over a week ago emailed and rang several times and not heard anything. They either dont pick up or pick up then hang up straight away. I got told the order was dispatched on Friday and payed for 1st class shipping. I still have not received the order

Absolutely gorgeous items bought from Moonbow recently! Bought beautiful coloured zips, elastic and some gorgeous cotton jersey fabric. Items I've never seen before. Amazing! So, so pleased. The delivery time was fantasticly quick. Also a lovely little surprise when you open the parcel; a teabag and little pack of biscuits to have whilst sewing! Gorgeous xxx Will definitely be ordering from this very lovely online store again.

"Delivery very poor"

This is the first time I have ever ordered from Moonbow Fabrics. I had read other reviews about the delivery problems. Mainly delays in getting things. I must admit, this did put me off but I thought I'd give them a go and went ahead and ordered from them.

I ordered 4 overlocker threads as they were a good price. The postage was £3.90 for 2nd class. After over a week of waiting for them, I had not received them. I contacted Moonbow who said they had been sent and provided a tracking number, however the tracking number could only be used once a delivery had been attempted. After almost 2 weeks, and still no package, I recontacted them and the said they would send out a replacement by first class post. I received that today. Only took 3 days. I'm pleased with the threads and have tried them out in my machine and they are excellent.

As for the original threads, I do not know when these will come. I can't understand how I have not received them. I think the postage cost alone should have warranted 1st class delivery of the original package. I don't know why they cannot do this.

They have been great with the customer service and have said that if the original package turns up then they have said to keep it. Very kind of them.

I am giving them 5 stars as the product is good but they really need to get their delivery process sorted.

I would like to add that the thread has now arrived. This is 5 weeks after ordering it. I know it is not the fault of Moonbow Fabrics as they have no control over whoever they use as a postal service but I hope that in future it will get better.
