I recently had a face treatment at Deep Aesthetics with Deep, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Deep is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease right from the start. His sense of humor added a touch of warmth to the whole process, making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. He took the time to explain each step of the treatment, which I greatly appreciated. The clinic itself is impeccable - clean, stylish, and inviting. I left feeling rejuvenated and confident in Deep's expertise. I would highly recommend Deep Aesthetics to anyone looking for professional and personable aesthetic treatments.

"Disappointed!!! "

I had a few treatments which cost me quite alot of money, I have not noticed any difference to my face at all. I even paid for the Vitamin injections to boost my energy levels, they were quite painful but unfortunately did not make any difference. I have no intention of further treatment and certainly not intending to waste any more of my hard earned money. I am quite surprised at their lack of aftercare; they do not even bother calling you to check on your results which shows lack of empathy and concern for their client recovery & results. I think their main goal is the monetary gain. They got in touch today after many months and asked me for a review so here it is, as honest as I possibly could be.

They will do in purpose a bad job to ask you then more money to do more so you become addicted! Be careful people!

This Deep and his partner Kiran are hungry Sharks.

He will ask you to sign a document, to then pass the job to another person, wherever they did to me was really a painful, psychological and social damage as I do not want to go out because my face look terrible after those injections, I didn’t had clue what they where doing, I was just trusting their words, after the same day I was not happy already, they took my money and do not want to refund me, they keep trying to manipulate saying the only way to help is making more treatments with them (which cost extra money ) while I still hate what they did to my face, they will not give a real invoice and receipt describing what products rubbish they are putting in your face or even what taxes are they paying from the service. in your vulnerable area.


I want the police start checking this clinics, they are playing with people’s vulnerabilities and taking their money.

Betreff: Dringende Beschwerde über unzureichende Arbeit und mangelnde Unterstützung

Sehr geehrtes Deep Aesthetic Team,

Mit großer Bestürzung wende ich mich an Sie, um meine tiefe Enttäuschung über die von Ihrem Unternehmen erbrachten Leistungen mitzuteilen. Vor drei Wochen besuchte meine Frau Ihr Studio für ästhetische Behandlungen und kehrte glücklich nach Hause zurück, in der Hoffnung, dass die Schmerzen und Beschwerden innerhalb von drei Tagen verschwinden würden.

Leider war dies nicht der Fall. Meine Frau liegt seit drei Wochen im Krankenhaus mit einer schwerwiegenden Infektion und unerträglichen Schmerzen, die auf die unsauber durchgeführte Behandlung zurückzuführen sind. Diese Information stammt nicht von uns, sondern von den leitenden Ärzten im Krankenhaus, die den Zusammenhang zwischen der Infektion und der Behandlung hergestellt haben.

Was uns jedoch am meisten enttäuscht hat, ist die mangelnde Unterstützung und Reaktion von Deep Aesthetic, als wir dringend Hilfe benötigten. Trotz wiederholter Versuche, Kontakt aufzunehmen und Unterstützung zu erhalten, wurden wir von Ihnen komplett ignoriert und im Stich gelassen. Meine Frau leidet immer noch im Krankenhaus, und ich schreibe dies, um darauf aufmerksam zu machen, wie unprofessionell Ihr Unternehmen gehandelt hat. Es scheint, als sei Ihr einziges Interesse, Geld zu verdienen, ohne jegliche Verantwortung für die Auswirkungen auf Ihre Kunden zu übernehmen.

Falls Zweifel an meiner Darstellung bestehen, bin ich bereit, Beweise in Form von Fotos von Gesprächen und der Infektion vorzulegen, um zu verdeutlichen, wie Deep Aesthetic uns im Stich gelassen hat. Bitte nehmen Sie diese Angelegenheit ernst und zeigen Sie zumindest das Mindestmaß an Menschlichkeit und Professionalität, das von einem seriösen Unternehmen erwartet wird.

Ich erwarte dringend eine angemessene Reaktion von Ihrer Seite und eine Klärung der Situation.

I am very suspicious and utterly amazed of how this service has so many glowing reviews!!!🤔 Please read the one star reviews first and take heed of what people are saying of their first hand experiences. They are telling the truth!. I consider to have had a narrow escape and didn't have any treatment because of a very long wait on the day and left.
It has now been 4 months and I still haven't received my deposit back. I rang Deep re the return of my deposit and he went on a long rant that didn't make much sense and said my review was malicious. My review on 14th December was very factual and stating my experience of the day and the lack of respect for a customer's time and unprofessionalism.
Please be warned.

"Hip Dip Filler"

Please please PLEASE, listen to the negative reviews regarding hip dip filler if you are considering it.

I paid for multiple sessions of hip dip filler last year because the first time, Deep’s poor technique caused an infection. I had yellow pus oozing out of the wound, and when I messaged both him and his PA, they made it seem like this was just the filler seeping from “tight skin”. However, not long after, my leg went numb, swollen and dark.. I had to call 111 as I was not sure what was happening and was terrified. Thankfully, it resolved after medical intervention but I wanted either a refund or the treatment as they advised it lasts up to 3 years. The second treatment (which I had to pay for!!) was to rectify the lost filler from the first botched job. Deep told me to come back for more in 6-8 weeks to achieve the results I wanted. During subsequent sessions, he quizzed me asking why I did not just get a normal BBL (possibly his conscience eating him up for scamming a young woman) and again, he reiterated that it lasts AT LEAST 1 year. This was false as after about 5 weeks, the filler disappeared. Not only did the filler disappear, it left unsightly scars (gained for NO REASON AS TREATMENTS WERE BOTCHED!) and an indent on my thigh which was NOT there before treatment. I suspect this came from Deep’s poor injection skills killing fat cells during the process.

This has left me insecure and out of pocket over £6k.. would have been much cheaper to get an actual BBL, albeit the risks. I am now in the process of reporting him to the JCCP as he is not even an actual aesthetician.. it turns out he’s just someone with a psychology degree!

Complete waste of money, time and this procedure IS risky as I nearly passed out after each procedure. Maybe due to the surgical glue he uses (HE IS NOT A DOCTOR SO SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO DO THIS!!)

Wish I could have obtained a refund for this at the time, but I actually moved away and did not need the hassle. Horrible clinic with poor aftercare. Avoid like the plague if you care about yourself.
