I took delivery of my new Audi A6 from this company last Friday and have to say that they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The car arrived in beautiful condition and Van (owner) was supportive, professional and great to deal with throughout the sales process. He gave me a very fair trade in price for my old car and the whole delivery and collection experience was seamless. The Sales Manager, Paul, drove the car all the way from Hartlepool to West Sussex and when he arrived, he gave me the time I needed to check it all over and even registered the change of owner on the DVLA web site for me - both Van and Paul are genuine people who take a pride in the service they offer and the cars they sell. I would have no hesitancy in recommending this company to supply your next car....absolutely great service and good to deal with. Van even arranged a face time call so that I could see the new car first hand which was superb. To end, I had an issue with a missing part of the car (which was not their fault) and this has been resolved without question. Thanks Van, Paul and the wider team for making this such a great experience - I love my new motor !!
