Normally when this happens with online shopping, you get an automated message informing you of this, but Scott took the time to call me to let me know and offer alternatives, and then sent an email apologising and providing a discount code for my next purchase.

I really like this shop. I've bought a fair few things from them, and what impresses me most is the service, which is surprising really as it's obviously the clothes I'm there for! Really good people working there, really personal, they truly go the extra mile. I've had them ring me to say something's come in for me. I've had them put things right on little things that shouldn't happen (like fixing a fraying button) without a second thought. Just really decent people. And then of course, the shop is magnificent - a destination shop if you like. Long may they prosper.

I'm not one to normally write a review, but sometimes you find something so great it's rude not too. I used to find clothes shopping a bit of an enigma, then I found Number 6. The website its fantastic, they have loads of great brands you don't normally see on the high street, or certainly not under one roof anyway. I've ordered a number of items off the website & the delivery is always swift & most importantly is secure.
They also have a beautiful store just off Brick Lane, if you've not been you must go! Everything that is on the website & more is in there & the staff really go that extra mile, there must be something wrong with you if you don't leave there with a smile on your face!
