Ordered an air rifle online for me to collect from Countryway Gunshop. I 'm not far away from them so drove straight there to collect it. It turned out that the rifle I had ordered and paid for wasn't in stock so instead of sending me away empty handed they offered me a different rifle, more expensive but didn't charge me the extra. They even fitted and set the sights for me and advised me what pellets were best for my needs.
Fantastic customer services, will definately go there for my future needs and send friends there. Very happy customer.

I ordered a hawk scope on line and some mounts by phone because I had a query about the mounts. Ordered Thursday at 1 pm. Delivered Friday at 12 o'clock. The scope was the best price I could find on the net. The items were packed well. Amazon sling them in a box with a bit of screwed up paper and the items rattle around in the box. This scope was packed in an outer box of just the right size with some good shock absorbing packing all round. The only way this could be damaged in transit was to be run over by a truck. Nothing is more annoying than to receive a damaged parcel. Definately a 5 star company.
