Excellent customer service, they struck the right balance of providing technical information to our builder and easily understandable layman speak to me.
Installed a Vaillant air source heat pump.
Professional and friendly, very neat job.
Highly recommend.
Easy to get hold of and no question was to much trouble to answer.

Installed a Vaillant system boiler and unvented cylinder along with radiators in all rooms.
A family business who knew what they doing and worked very fast and efficiently. Tidied up, left no mess and removed all the old rads and boiler. Very personal and friendly. Had to move a couple of things but stuck to their original quote to the penny even though they we very keen on price comparison with others. Can't recommend them enough. Don't be put off with their apparent casual approach they know what they are doing and work very hard. Even came on a Saturday to get things done quicker.
