"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. Total thieves that will not refund even if it is there mistake. If you are even considering ordering from them I am begging you not to. One of the most unprofessional and fraudulent businesses I have ever worked with.

Not happy with product. The size of patch was not to size. For some reason they changed size of patch. Now it's too small. The patch looks great but has white thread in the black border. There are no color whites in the patch, only yellow and black. Why white? The price that was quoted was a great price. Now I know why. Very disappointed. I still haven't had a reply to my last email.

My patches showed up with some of the writing illegible. This multi hundred dollar order was useless and after contacting customer service I was told I could have a 25% discount on my NEXT order. They were unwilling to correct their mistake.
