Placed an order on 18th Dec, other than an automated email I have not had any other correspondence from them.
Sent email for an update on 30th Dec, no response. Tried to call them and no one picks up.
Checked the order on the site on 2nd Jan and the order has been cancelled and I have not been refunded. Tried calling again still no one picks up
No communication from them whatsoever - abysmal customer service.
Edit: Had a callback on 6th Jan from Adam and he was very apologetic and explained that they had emailed me about the item that I ordered not being in stock, but i had not received any of their emails, due to an issue with their email system that they were not aware of at the time. Also they were closed for the xmas period/new year period which was why calls were not answered. He assured me that the refund had been processed, however i have not yet received it back yet.
Whilst not a great experience, i can appreciate that they have attempted to make amends for the issues that arose and it wouldn't put me off ordering from them again.

Supported us through a long term project of updating equipment. Michael was amazing to deal with and always had our best interest in mind.
We updated several pin loaded and cv equipment and blown away with the difference in quality.

Placed order in May and still waiting for some items. We’ve tried emailing, phoning, messenger and get no reply from Strengthx at all. Think they’ve put a block on our phone numbers so we can’t get through. Extremely poor service. And they’ve posted photos of my property on their Facebook page without permission!

The first time I have ordered from StrengthX and I will not be purchasing again. I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery what was said to be 3-5 days. When contacting the company to assist me with my order, no reply on multiple occasions
