"So happy so far with NETbilling!"
Up until about 3 months ago, we used Square for a long time. They used to be good, but their customer service has gone to crap and their software crashes a lot. We switched to Netbilling who gave us a free terminal for our store, and got us set up in two days. Now we have our own merchant account and a lot more control over what we do. Their customer service is excellent And it’s very easy to get someone on the phone if needed.
We’re very happy so far and recommend NETbilling highly.

We switched to Netbilling from Stripe as we were considered "high risk", so Stripe would no longer process for us. The Netbilling crew made the transition quick and smooth and now we are paying less also!

We just started using the new Woocommerce NETbilling module for our online store. We now have our cart setup and talking to our retail store Point of Sale system that they set us up with so now our online and in-store inventory is all synched. It’s really great!
NETbilling got us a merchant account in about 24 hours at rates far better than our previous provider. We are happppyyy!

My family owns a restaurant and deli in Los Angeles. We get solicited frequently for credit card processing. There are a lot of companies and individuals that sell payment processing, and all of them seem to have the same line about how they can save me money over who I am currently using, blah, blah.. But we never bite. For us, it’s more about a relationship and service then saving a penny..
I was actually referred by a friend who has been using Netbilling for several years. They hooked us up with new equipment, cash drawers and kitchen printers for restaurant about a year ago. I must say, not only was the pricing better than what we were paying but we have developed great friendly relationship with the owner who frequents our restaurant, and our sales rep Danny. I’m sure we’re not their biggest client, but we’re also not the smallest, but they treat us like we are family and have been with them forever.
These guys are the best and myself and my family recommends them.

I can’t recommend Netbilling enough! With our shop, we do both online orders and in person orders. When COVID hit, and we had to pivot to do online/pickup orders, I figured I should shop rates and find a better setup/equipment for that. I didn’t realize how much we were paying before, but now that we’ve been with Netbilling for about 9 months I’m seeing a huge savings. For our online orders we have a much better rate and the fees are less. I think we’re saving around 20-30% from our last company. But for the in person processing we are now paying practically nothing with their cash discount program. On top of that, we got amazing new POS/register equipment that has made my admin tasks so much easier and faster. It manages my inventory, time & attendance for my employees, finances, and works with our website’s system. It’s also so much easier for everyone to use than our old register, we can train our new hires on the system in about an an hour. Netbilling has really changed the way our shop operates for the better. Thank you!!!! ❤️
