"Review update - delivery appears to be issue"

I still have not received my purchase as it was sent to the wrong address. I have contacted courier company twice and they said they will deliver but they havre not done so. I keep receiving messages that my package will be returned if I don’t pick it up and I have only two days left. It is a 80 minute round trip for me to collect! My address was correct on the label. Disappointing

Review update. I wish to update review as I have since received my product which is really well packed and I also received a lovely gift. Thank you. The goods are beautiful and smell divine. So the overall problem is the delivery which appears that you only send to a drop off point rather than direct address. I was advised when I called to UPS courier again to collect myself that companies do this to save money on postage. This may or may not be the case, however, I would purchase again only if sent to my direct address as I had a number of calls to make and two journeys to collect my purchase.

I am updating to a 4 star as the products are very good and 5 if postal issue sorted out.
