It is incredibly rare to deal with people, who care so genuinely about your entire work experience, both practically at the office, but also affectionately and culturally as a company. They will go that extra mile to find a way to make your time at work that much better and more interesting. And everyone, from their customer care representatives to their office managers, are so sweet and kind. It is truly the details that matter, when it comes to making a difference in your quality of life (at work), and Good Monday does it all incredibly well!

Talte idag med Jeres medarbejder William. Jeg ønskede at opsige vores engagement hos Jer, det var direkte håbløst, han kunne ikke finde rundt i systemerne, vidste ingenting, og lovede at en kollega ville vende tilbage i morgen, samt sende mig en mail, med bekræftelse på min opsigelse.

Jeg har ikke modtaget nogen mail, så nu er jeg i tvivl om han magtede at sige det videre til den kollega som skulle kontakte mig.

I øvrigt varsles der prisstigninger fra 0 kr. til 699 med 2 dages varsel. Det virker desparat og i mine øjne uprofessionelt.

Good Monday har en super god platform og live agenter, der sidder klar indenfor få minutter til at hjælpe med enhver praktisk opgave på kontoret, om det er rengøring, handyman opgaver eller flytning til nyt kontor. Vi har sparet utroligt meget tid, energi og frustration gennem samarbejdet med Good Monday, så vi kan fokusere vores tid, hvor vi er bedst. Tak! :)
