"I have a new heat exchange"

I have a new heat exchange. unfortunately i lost the original invoice so Bosta have refused to repair a fault under warranty even though they acknowledge that the unit is still indeed covered. Dealing with them has been a very unsatisfactory experience and I received conflicting information. They know and I know that this should be covered under the warranty and they simply used an excuse not to honour this. a very poor experience and I would caution against relying on Bosta for after sales service or customer care of any kind.

"Terrible company to deal with"

Terrible company to deal with! AVOID. Advertise all over their website that they offer "Fast, free shipping on all orders over £350".

What they omit to say is that this doesn't apply to ALL products, as claimed, but only some products. The remainder they say have shipping as they are too large.

There is no caveat or note of this anywhere unless you go digging into the backend of the website.

The customer service team don't care either.

I will be reporting them to trading standards for false advertising!

"I ordered a pump from Bosta on 21st of…"

I ordered a pump from Bosta on 21st of May and was given a 5-8 day delivery. I was able to follow shipping via tracking number with UPS and showed as out for delivery on day 8. This did not arrive and next day looked at tracking which said delayed check back in 24hrs. I did this to get same message. Phoned UPS to be told that last track was in France (not UK!) and was likely lost. Called Bosta and asked for replacement to be sent and was told someone would come back by end of the day. No one phoned back so e mailed again a few days later asking for the speediest way to dispatch a new pump to UK. Eventually got an e mail back saying new pump had been dispatched but no delievery shedule or tracking no. After more chasing I was told it should arrive by Wednesday 16th June. On 16th I chased again to be told it was now likely to be Monday 21st. A full month after ordering. I accept that it was not Bosta's fault that 1st pump was lost but they will not offer any compensation for incredibly late delivery when they will have received compensation from UPS. Stated this numerous times to customer service who don't care. Also if I had been told (as requested) 2nd pump was going to be a further 2 weeks delivery I would have organised my own shipping. Still waiting to see if pump will turn up next week! Don't trust delivery times and very poor customer service when things go wrong
