I was worried after reading some of the dodgy scam reviews on here but my experience was good. I ordered one day and got my order within a few days no issues. Can only assume that the bad reviews on here were from unlucky people.

"3 for 2 offer…"
I purchased a 3 for 2 offer on a supplement through Boots, as I often do on vitamin/supplement offers. The product was coming directly from supplier, in this case Powerbody. Only 2 arrived so I contacted Boots who informed me that I had only requested 2 and it wasn't possible to add third so I should return to the supplier directly for refund..and definitely not through Boots
I contacted Powerbody, spoke to Christian and explained the situation. He said he would contact Boots and update me. He called me later to say Boots refused to add another but that he would arrange for the 3rd to be sent to me directly from Powerbody free of charge
I am so impressed by his courteous and helpful manner, his swift action in rectifying a situation which was not his responsibility. all in the spirit of customer care and goodwill
I can't help but contrast this with the response of Boots with their robotic adherence to the rules approach, epitomising the cynic who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing

"Avoid"
Avoid! You've been warned. Fake reviews. If anything goes wrong with order your screwed. Every member of staff at this business is rude, aggressive and confrontational. Pay the extra few pounds and order elsewhere. Also heard they are getting fake products also. Don't trust this firm. You've been warned!

"Avoid these money hungry bunch"
Avoid these money hungry bunch. Bought a product on a Friday and it was delivered on a Monday, or that's what said on the tracking via Royal Mail. However, it was never delivered. To give the benefit of doubt, I waited another day to see if it would come but it didn't. I called Power Body to inform them. They didn't believe me and said the driver wouldn't have scanned the parcel if it was delivered at the right address, obviously siding with Royal Mail. I found it comical as the photo for proof of delivery showed approx 20+ parcels in the photo. There was no way in identifying my parcel in the photo. So, it was my word against a photo of 20+ parcels.
I assumed the staff member would be apologetic and would send a replacement item for my troubles. However, this was not the case. They were unapologetic with no empathy and I was told that they'll have to investigate with Royal Mail which would take 4-5 working days which then I'll need to fill out a form which needs to be returned to them to look at and then returned to Royal Mail to investigate further, which is a process that was going to take weeks. I was quite frustrated upon hearing this and asked can a replacement item be sent as this is my medication and I need it urgently as I'm going away in a couple of days and this delay has been very inconvenient for me. They refused and said that this is the process they have to follow.
It's a shame really how you treat your customers. Valuing profits over valuing your customers. Looking at the immediate future, rather that the long term customer lifetime value which would get you more profits if you had more wisdom.
I just bought a replacement from a your competitor and will not be buying from you ever again.
And I'm glad I've made this decision because after doing some investigation, I've noticed they write fake reviews to mask negative ones. If you fake your reviews to deceive your customers then what else can you do? Totally untrustworthy.!!
