Items arrived 28 November in a large box with no packing isnide to prevent the 2 bottles smashing about into each other

Rubbish, placed an order then received an emailed saying there's a delay due too items out off stock. Emailed back some time later for update, no response.
Turns out my order has been cancelled.

Products fine and delivered on time. However, 1 product not received - no reason given and no reply to e-mail enquiry, however a refund was issued. When I placed my order there were 2 in stock.
I have used several online retailers without issue and would not recommend this one.
