"Great service. Low prices."

Viewen provides a great service for a very low price. When I first started out with their web hosting there were a few outages, but things have dramatically improved. Their technical support staff are quick to help resolve problems, and offer advice. I'm a front-end developer, so I had a number of questions about how to set up WordPress, and Viewen are always happy to assist. Their prices are fantastic - I'm grandfathered into a $0.99 / month deal, and performance is astonishingly good for this price.

For web developers, Viewen is more like a Genie who fulfils your wishes with its outstanding and super friendly support. Trust me, you should definitely try it once. You can chat on live chat and request for a trial. They do provide trials on request.

I haven't receive any feedback whatsoever from this review in almost a year. Viewen.com is just garbage, you can see in their responses that they will straight out lie for some cheap and trash service that is down all the time. It is that simple, they just didn't wanted to give me a refund and I left, who waits for $2.95? These people are mentally unbalanced.

The transaction was made on september 11, 2020 and the refund claim for that transaction made on september 18, 2020, exactly 7 days apart: https://imgur .com/a/pQbK9bc.

Thanks, I'm very happy but I don't wish the same to you, you and your company are scammers, but mainly your service is just really bad, I've just read a comment on Twitter https://imgur .com/3RKMtRa and from there I know your service is at least still the same, I wouldn't recommend Viewen.com to anyone.

Ok Aadarsh Pathak (the so called president of viewen.com and the person who answered my tickets in that time) I know that you're business is drowning but that's solely because of you, otherwise you wouldn't be battling a single review based on your lies and blurry logic. This review doesn't care about a refund, on the contrary the original review would be based on that, but I will give you what you want: https://imgur .com/AL9wPr5 I made two payments, the first one on september 8, 2020, and another one on september 11, 2020, this last payment was made because in advance I wanted to purchase another month of the service as it was requested by one of my clients to purchase two months. So, actually I should've asked a refund for the purchased month and the extra payment but like I said I didn't nor care about that as in that time I needed to move fast, I really wanted to believe they would fix their service but they didn't, which was why I asked for a refund exactly 7 days after the extra payment was made on paypal, refund that was not made to me in any way, shape, or form. Coupled with this, I didn't directly purchased another month, I just added credit to my balance and that's why in the ticket I'm talking about credit balance, they didn't gave me a single penny nor a single refund not in their website not on my card not anything, this means that again what they state in their entirely previous reply is false. I really don't understand what you're saying about $17 service worth so I will ommit that as it doesn't make sense and finish saying that you need to accept the truth, the service was really, really bad and that's the why of the review. I don't care about your proverbs nor your personal point of view, this review was made because that's how people moves around the world, nowadays you judge if a service is good by looking at the reviews.

"Total Trash"

They will lie to you. Make false promises. Stop your site from running. Randomly delete your email accounts and site. Not support their own internal mistakes and try to cover everything up. Billing issues that resulted in judgements against them for breach of contract and down right scamming.

They are the worst I ever dealt with.

Support is Worst now...They provide unlimited everything....but servers are not well enough....slow website speed which will not help you to grow. Go for some trusted hosting companies out there. Don't waste money here. The money they are charging right now is similar to any big hosting company will charge, so it's better to not use their services.
