i've completed the payment since 9th of march
now 11 days have passed and i'm still without my wallet code
tried through both of the whatsapp and email to inquire them about that wallet code
the cs is horrendously slow across the channel:
sent 2 emails, 1 never got replied since i sent it on 9th march and another one i sent on 13th march only got replied yesterday (19th march)
i don't even want to talk how they reply in whatsapp, it's really draining experiences
when they do reply, which is a miracle, they keep saying this template 'we're sorry for the inconvenience and we've already send it back' and yet nothing arrived on my email to this day

this is the second time i got troubled transaction, the first one happen in last december - luckily it got resolved

i've been using the service since 2023 and this recent event and the way they handle it made me really wary about another purchase from them
