The process and delivery was excellent .
The rug is as described and very good quality .

The delivery came by courier , and I requested it to be left in a safe place which it was .
One recommendation and knowing this is a natural product. Possibly wrap the rug in the paper which it was then a plastic liner in the box , just in case it’s raining when the parcel gets left .

So happy with my Reindeer hide. I was in Lapland two weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Reindeer of the Arctic circle. I couldn't take a hide home, so I came across Hide Rugs. I am so happy I found this company. The processing and shipping was very fast. I will definitely be purchasing more. Everyone must have a Reindeer hide for your home. It is very warm during those cold winter nights. Fun fact, Arctic Reindeer prefer temperatures of -15 to -30. -10 is too warm for them and they get dehydrated!

The lady I dealt with couldn't be more helpful taking pictures of the rug and measuring it. Had I gone with the info on website I wouldn't have purchased as the measurements were too big. Given each rug is naturally slightly different,this was perfect for me as slightly smaller in size. The sheepskin rug is absolutely amazing so deep and soft
