Very slow service all the times. My tickets aren't priorities even if I can't upload files. After you pay, if you're not satisfied, no refund for the unused months and even no partial refund. I had hesitation to renew last year, what a mistake! Do yourself a favour, avoid this hosting services.

Edited: I received my refund back as confirmed by my institution. I don't feel that WHC needs the info they are asking, obviously they gave me a refund they acknowledged here on TP that the issues I raised was genuine.

The worst New customer experience I ever had.
Yesterday I paid for their service, they took the money, I was told by Keith that Billing would activate my site in 2-4 hours.
Today its still not activated hours later. When I logged in I got this message
Your is pending activation.
You’ll get an email as soon as your order is provisioned, so hang in there!

This 888 number is NOT IN SERVICE.
I spoke with Kurtz in the chat who opened a ticket but disconnected our chat ( its like hanging up on a customer) he closed the chat when I asked him why my site wasn't activated, why is the 888 number provided not in service and since they have taken my money am I being ripped off?
I went back to the chat and spoke with Tony who upon asking reasonalbe questions including how many days do I have to get my money back and hwo is their manger, he also closed the chat without asking question.
I tried a third time and they then didn't have anyone available. I have copies of the conversations.
I have advised them if they don't resolve one way or the other I will report them at the BBB.
Its a horrible customer service experience and I am very unhappy that they took my money and didn't activate my service then
