"Company no longer exists"

Received what I ordered however I have a warranty issue and now they don't seem to exist. The emails fail to send and the website has a dns error and doesn't exist. Avoid if they magically start to exist again!

Great communications. Genuine products. Relatively fast shipping. Ordered buds2 pro. They arrived on time to Perth and are genuine. I emailed the company and they responded to me within a day. Would shop from here again.

I waited for a while month for the phone to arrive with no communication from the seller. The worst experience

"Warranty is a lie"

Purchased phone from the company at a good price. Device failed within 12 months due to a motherboard issue.
After contacting the company with a warranty claim they wanted me to pay to have it repaired and offered to "refund the reasonable compensation" if I met a number of their requirements, unsuccessfully, local repair shops didn’t want to meet the companies demand for a written report.
The company begrudgingly accepted my phone being shipped back to them. After having my phone for two weeks, I was advised "the fault was diagnosed on the motherboard and requires to exchange for a new one which will cost 80 AUD". The company attempted to throw clauses in their warranty (e.g: “any issues caused by the firmware or software, modification to the operating system, rooted or jailbroken to the phones or tablets will not be covered”) which was not the case.
Eventually the company gave up and sent me back my broken phone and have ceased responding to my emails.

Bad experience so far. Once placed the order even after 4 days there's no update. Sent 4 emails but no response. Wanted to cancel the order and ask for refund no response. Have messaged PayPal lucky they promised they will resolve within 10 days if jack deal doesn't reply to their message.

"Ordered a phone"

Ordered a phone. After several weeks of dialogue about delivery, they advised the phone for me had been sent to the wrong warehouse. They promised to get back to me with progress then never did. Now they do not even respond to emails.

Trying to get my money back I also found they had spoofed the use of Paypal so could not use Paypal recovery.

Should have done better research before acting

Company delivered my google phone OK but when the phone screen went blank after 3 months thats when the trouble began. I sent the phone way for repairs as advised, resulting in a further 3 months of communication ( often no communication- for 1 month they completely disappeared , no website or email address could be seen or reached) to try to retrieve my phone, hopefully fixed under warranty. I even contacted the police to trace it after contacting the address I sent it ,to find no one knew anything about it, yet someone had signed for the delivery. After all of that, miraculously, a phone was returned. trouble is, it wasn't mine!
Now I am still battling to have this issue resolved but am getting nowhere with the "customer service" via email and no phone of course.
Scam or sham, I am not sure but DO NOT BUY OR DEAL with Jackdeal.com.au!
