When getting my car it was clear my center console and glove box had been gone through. The car had a distinct smell of marijuana and it was obvious that the car was driven or used while I was away. I will be filing a complaint with the police.

It is convenient for you to simply pass the buck rather than actual contrition. Of course its all me, I told you everything and I somehow put your drivers at risk. That all sounds believable. I have used the Long Term Parking service both at Newark and JFK numerous times without incident. This time was different. If the management style is simply to try and blame the customer and try and degrade and bully me, so be it. I was extremely disappointed with the service but even more so with the response which shows the true character of your business.
