Lucy removed/ replaced a radiator for us, drained the system and installed a drainage pipe. She was great at explaining things so I understood and pricing clear / fair / good value. She was very easy to have in the house, chilled, tidy, polite respectful and did a brilliant job so I in my view very trustworthy. Travelling on bike is an eco plus, so I couldn’t recommend her enough (and already have to a few friends!) would have her back in a heartbeat (but let’s hope that’s not necessary for some time).

Lucy is our go-to plumber. We fully gutted our kitchen and had new taps, sink and pipework installed. This involved digging chasing into the walls for the pipes to go in. The work was immaculate, and Lucy fully tidied up after digging the chasing (which was quite messy). We also had outdoor taps installed and the attention to detail on these was excellent. Lucy explained everything very clearly and the pricing was clear. I would definitely recommend Lucy for any plumbing jobs :)
