Initially, The post office never delivered the parcel. However, I received a personal phone call from this company To check if I had returned the parcel or Whether the post office had made a mistake. Once clarified they organised to re-send The parcel to me. It arrived the following day. I was really impressed by the personal followup and in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

The tights are really lovely and beautiful colours. Will use again.
