I placed an order on 30th October and I put a pair of 30 denier on for the first time, as I straightened them out around the back they completely split right across! 😫 I have stubby nails so I can't even blame them. I tried to contact customer services but with no reply, not even an automated one!

I'm so disappointed, I wanted to finally get rid of my awful fitting snags 😭
