The work was of a really high standard and all of the installers were polite and professional, taking the time to explain how the new solar system worked and answering my many questions. The office staff kept me informed of lead times without me having to chase. I would highly recommend.

Having had poor experiences with other renewables companies, AJ Taylor have been a breath of fresh air to work with.
We had an existing solar array, and have had an additional 10KW system along with three tesla powerwalls supplied and installed by AJT, as well as install and commission of aircon units. AJT have, from the outset have been happy to work WITH me (which was a critical requirement of a renewables company) to install into a fairly bespoke setup. Mickey, Aaron and the installation teams have been brilliant both in initial install, and for follow up work, giving honest and simple advice.
The office occasionally needs a nudge, but I suspect that's because they're busy and my requests aren't always the simplest! That said, I've already given a few direct word of mouth recommendations for them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

A J Taylor fitted my solar PV system about 9 years ago. They did an excellent job then and continued to provide superb support since. I recently had an inverter fail which they solved extremely promptly. They are a great team of people and seem to offer very professional support throughout. Taylor installed a fire alarm system for my flats a couple of years ago and I was very impressed by their competence and helpfulness, particularly that of Ashley Wood, who was so patient with me.Last week I called for advice on a minor issue (which turned out not to be an issue at all) and they managed to send Jake before the Bank Holiday. He explained the problem , and reassured my tenant and me. She said he was very sweet.

We wanted to upgrade our outside security lighting but wasn’t sure what to do.
So we called A J Taylor Electrical for advice.
3 days later the manager Anthony attended our property and was really helpful and professional and came up with several different options.
A week later Joe the engineer turned up and carried out the works.
We are now very satisfied with all the works carried out and the advice given.

We wanted solar panels and a Powerwall battery installed on our property. AJ Taylor are shown as being accredited by Tesla and so we asked for a quotation, which took a while to obtain. Their Project Manager had provided a very detailed specification, and talking to him gave us confidence in their competance to undertake the required work. Demand and supply issues with the equipment caused the inevitable delays, but we were kept informed at regular intervals. The two stages of the installation went smoothly and the teams involved were very professional thoughout the entire process. The results have exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone considering this type of project.

I’ve used AJ Taylors a few times and they’re consistently good. Yesterday we had Aaron change the lighting in the bathrooms and install smart controllers on the fans and he was great. He understood the goal and figured out how to make it all work together. Very friendly and helpful.
