Mahir's attention to detail in arranging flights, hotels, and transportation was truly exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his responses were consistently delivered almost immediately.

Mahir promptly responded to me and made changes as required prior to confirmation of all details. All hotels were lovely. SWISOTEL makkah, and Saja Al Medinah. Very close to Haram both you can walk. Service was peaceful. The transportation company they use is also lovely with good people that are always on time. If you speak English then ask for English speaking driver. If you want everything to go smoothly then I would highly recommend safar e Kaaba service. My children are small and everything was convenient. Would like to specially thanks Brother Ahmad who helped us from day one i contact the company till the day we completed our Umrah and landed back in the UK. Our package was tailor made depending on our budget which was amazing. Both the Hotels in Makkah and Madina were 5-7 mins walk, Ground Transport was spot on and the Ziarats were provided with all the explanations and importance of the place by the person who took us for ziarats.
