I’ve been at Vero since it opened and love the studio. My Vero trainer, Sabine James, and fellow classmates are like extended family to me!! There’s nothing better than working your mind and body in an effective manner with such a great group of people.

Vero Pilates is a wonderful, welcoming boutique Pilates studio serving the SE Long Beach area. They were committed to keep classes going through the pandemic via ZOOM. Now that we are back in the studio it so invigorating. The instructors all show loving concern for their clients. I have to give a shout out to Sabine who has been more than wonderful. I love all the instructors and the studio manager is really on top of her game.

I met Brenda, the newest team member at Vero Pilates, on Monday as she was subbing for Andrea. She seems to fit right in. Her style is a bit different, as is everyone's. I enjoyed working out with her.
