Northallerton Branch were excellent, the staff members Mandy and Ash were so friendly, helpful and so understanding when I called in to sell some of my late mothers jewellery. I had been to the Coulby Newham Branch and the member of staff which I do believe was the manager was very abrupt and rude, even saying that she couldn't value some gold as she didn't know what it was!!! She obviously isn't In the right job.
