as I applied for many applications but no one replied back only one from your company asked for my qualifications to contact me with some company, yeah did contact me with one but after I asked for the salary they become silent...

I've had 2 experiences with Vietnam Teaching Jobs. The first was excellent. The agent was helpful, informative and told me exactly what I needed to prepare for a work permit before she set me up with a couple of interviews with great employers. The second agent was not thorough with the information and I had to keep asking questions, Her responses were abrupt. She sent me a scanned page of a random contract and told me it would cost 4k to get into Vietnam. She hadn't asked me for my docs or talked about specific employers yet. I didn't want to work with her.
I gave Vietnam Teaching Jobs 5 stars because I think they do excellent work. You may get a not-so-great employee, but I trust in this company.

"Do schools even check their emails?"

I feel like most of the schools I've applied to either aren't hiring anymore, or they don't check to the website to see that they have job applications waiting. I've applied to over 20 jobs without a single response.
For comparison, I applied to 3 jobs in Taiwan and got 2 responses.
