From placing my order to receiving it was a 5* service. I was called by the company to tell me my order would be slightly delayed due to a shortage of materials, then called again to make sure my measurements were correct and whether I wanted the frames custom made to fit my print exactly (at no extra cost) which I did. I was called again to let me know that my order had been dispatched. The service was above and beyond and in future I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you.
