Got my order wrong. Only replied to comms when repeatedly chased. Had to put up with (and pay full price for) items I didn’t order as the only resolution they offered was for me to pack them up in my own packaging (the box they arrived in as part of a larger order would have been much too big) and wait around for a courier to collect. I didn’t take them up on it because I didn’t want to waste my time on these jokers. They could have resolved this sensibly by just refunding the items they got wrong, the value of which was very small, literally only around £2! Go with one of the more established companies - these guys have no idea about customer service either at the front or back end.
