All my dealings with the Nicky Cornell team have been marvellous, the staff are helpful and friendly, they will all go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want, and to make sure the furniture is delivered when you want it. I've had e-mail and telephone contact keeping me informed of timescales; what more can I say, they have all been excellent. The furniture is fabulous too!!!!!

From the start, very helpful and polite staff ordered in a piece for us to view, kept us updated with any queries we had, held our entire order in their warehouse until we were ready for delivery. Delivered on the arranged date, removing all packaging and the furniture is stunning. Can not fault either the goods or the customer service which we received. Would highly recommend them to anyone

I have to say my whole shopping experience with Nicky Cornell was delightful from start to finish. Very helpful and polite in the showroom and on the telephone. The ladies helped me by finding out obscure measurements, obtaining fabric swatches and providing me with some inspiration on what used to be a very drab bedroom and is now beautifully furnished and admired by so many! Thank you to everybody at Nicky Cornell for your help. I am a very happy lady and will certainly recommend.

"Not impressed"

I had to wait 43 days for delivery and had to make countless phone calls to follow up. I was told I would receive a text with a time and date and that I would have to respond yes or no- the text never came. The hall table has FINALLY arrived and lo and behold- it's flat pack!!The website states that most
items are fully assembled, exept beds, dining tables and armoires. So disappointed to say the least that I have had to wait this long and now I've got to assemble this thing as well.
Needless to say I will NOT be using Nicky Cornell again.

I phoned the company prior to order and found them really helpful, returning my phone call as promised. When I eventually ordered it clashed with christmas which meant there was a delay. I received a phone call advising of the delay followed up by another phone call promising next day delivery to meet my deadline,
When my chandelier arrived, it did take a short while to assemble but the result is amazing and is much admired by all. I can thoroughly recommend both the item, but particularly the service given by Nicky Cornell.

Although there was some delay in the final delivery date , when I received my sideboard it was stunning and is a talking point as soon as you enter my hallway.
The staff were also very helpfull with all my queries . Would definately by from Nicky Cornell again .

Rhiannon even managed to find a mirror I was looking for that wasn't on Nicky Cornell's website - and it's stunning!
