Good customer support 24/7. I ordered a shared rdp by mistake and paid for it but later on i changed my mind to shift on private rdp and they changed it for me with no time and supported well as compared to my previously rdp provider.

Pure scam. Purchased their USA-1G package on 7 April 2022. And asked for a refund the same day. After a day they replied they can't refund. Without any reason. Totally a waste of money.

Don't buy from them. They are just scamming people.

I have bought an RDP for streaming, but it is stuck in pending. I have written 4 times to the technical support without response, it has been 4 days without knowing anything about the service that I hired. It is a fraud because they do not respond to the tickets. Then I looked for another similar service and I found several sites with the same structure and website look and field, they only changed their logo but is the same. But this type of site seems like a fraud.
