"Absolutely dreadful"

Absolutely dreadful. Throughout the whole process I have experienced incompetence and unprofessionalism. The final straw is having received 8 copies of my book, all of which were damaged by excessive adhesive and them refusing to take any responsibility for it. 🤬

She organised the editing and book cover design and was just so helpful in guiding me through the process. She dealt with any enquiries promptly and gave me the opportunity to agree or make alterations to the text etc. I can't have wished to work with anyone more attentive or caring. This is a company which supports self-publishing. Once the payment is agreed you are given a co-ordinator. My co-ordinator was Amy. I couldn't fault Amy - first class support through a long process. The only thing I would say is that the financial department, which checks all payments are checked, is fairly chaotic. At one point they lost track of my payments. All was well in the end, so I would highly recommend this company
