"I bought the 125 angle grinder"

I bought the 125 angle grinder. This has to be the worst power tool I have ever bought. The battery takes longer to charge than it lasts when using.

After initially accepting a discount code, I noticed I had been charged the full amount. When querying this anomaly as soon as the charge came through, I was informed the code was only available for subscribers. Fine. Asked for the sale to be cancelled. Topto agreed to do so.

Followed them up 3 times over the span of a week re the refund with no response. It took me escalating the issue with PayPal for them to get back to me.

I was informed they could not process the refund because the item had already been dispatched. But that the could now honour the discount code.

I had asked them to cancel the order on the day it was processed. Topto agreed and said they had done so. How was it that the item was posted?

They’ve agreed to send me a return slip for the item which remains uncollected at the post office so that they can process the refund.

2 days later I am still waiting for the return slip.

So far so good. Communication was spot on with notifications, time of delivery, etc. Machine, feels very sturdy, the speed for spot polishing is excellent. Great company for a mug like me to do what I need to do. So far so good. Ta
