Fontanna ma piękny kolor i koty bardzo lubią z niej pić. Niestety ktoś kto ją projektował nie przemyślał kilku rzeczy. Po pierwsze, musi być w niej woda praktycznie “pod korek”, inaczej ją słuchać. Po drugie, zawinięte brzegi: bez względu na to czy myje się ją w zmywarce czy ręcznie, przez te brzegi ciężko wylać wodę z miski. Po trzecie rurka od fontanny, jest absurdalnie krótka i aby po umyciu ją zamontować trzeba majstrować dłonią w największej wieży fontanny. Po czwarte: czarny kabel (rzuca się w oczy) i absurdalnie wielka wtyczka do kontaktu, nie mam pojęcia, dlaczego nie jest zwyczajnie mała i płaska. Albo brzydko wygląda, bo wystaje ze ściany albo szafki w domu muszą być odsunięte od ściany, bo inaczej wtyczka nie wchodzi do kontaktu.
Pomysł fajny, ale user experience słaby.

Mijn bestelling kwam heel netjes ingepakt binnen. Bij het uitpakken schrok ik me alleen kapot. Ik had de galaxy gekozen wat op de foto's (website) eruit ziet als soort zwart en wit. Krijg ik donkerbruin met lichtbruin/oranje achtig binnen. Het ziet er verschrikkelijk uit en je betaald er aardig wat voor. Daarna toch maar een mailtje gestuurd. Helaas kunnen ze hier niks mee gezien het met de hand wordt gemaakt. Ik snap het wel maar dan denk ik toch ik ben nu veel geld kwijt voor iets wat oerlelijk is en wat niet wordt getoond op de online foto's.

Il servizio clienti è molto efficiente ma non posso dire altrettanto dei tempi di spedizione e consegna dei prodotti e soprattutto non trovo corretto che venga data la possibilità di ordinare e pagare prodotti che non sono attualmente disponibili e che devi aspettare mesi perché tornino disponibili e che vengano spediti.

I highly recommend the Miaustore, very professional people, smooth communication, great product for our cats, drinking fountain and spare parts if needed. They give you all the advice needed and help if something gets broken. We have maine-coon cats and they just love this fountain.

Very fast delivery, payment without any problems, The quality of the ceramic cat pons is nearly perfect, the only thing is, that the ground of the pons is not exact flat, but I helped myself with furniture feets. Brauchten nach etlichen Jahren eine neue Pumpe diesmal mit Bewegungssensor. Schnelle Liwferung und neue Pumpe ist leistungsstärker als die alte. Unsere Katzen sind glücklich, dass das Wasser wieder läuft,

Firstly, I'd like to thank Elza for the incredible customer support she has given ! I have had a three tier cat fountain for about six months, the pump stopped working on new years day. I emailed Miau customer support straight away and have received a replacement within four days. The pump arrived yesterday! Many, many thanks for the incredible customer service. Amazing! Furthermore, I'd like to add how much more relaxed my cat is having the fountain here. He had serious stress issues (especially about fireworks): I tried feliway aromatics which did very little. He often was at the vet. The cat fountain seems to have been a genuine cure and a fantastic investment for him! Thanks again!
