"Dreamlease is a dream to use"

Shane at Dreamlease has help me with my first lease car plan and all the way through the process the website has been helpful and Shane has been helpful with all my questions i had.
He made sure that i was happy all the way through the process .
So now i just have to wait for my car to be delivered ,exciting times

"Aftercare is useless"

The actual lease process was fairly smooth as we have leased for many years now so know what to ask. However car has arrived damaged which was recorded by driver etc. How it left the factory with the piece not attached correctly is shocking from the factory and dealership. The aftercare from Dreamlease has been shocking. I have been trying to get it sorted as water is getting in which will damage the vehicle over time. Called them direct and got through to some random who didn't even know which department to direct me to. Eventually after many repeated emails I got the finance company phone number and they don't care as I'm paying my bill. I can't have my mobile during the day at work so trying to sort out is taking ages. The only response I've got is that the dealer won't take it and supply a courtesy car as they are 100 miles away and just to phone up the local dealer. Having dealt with lease cars before the first thing the local dealer will want is some kind of authorisation from finance to sort it. Plus we only have one car in the family so will struggle if it needs to be in a few days.
Maybe we were spoiled by previous company but communication was excellent whereas this is shocking. Hoping someone from company sees this review and decides to take ownership of the issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this leasing company that has cost me both time and money. My main concerns:

1. False Advertising
- The vehicle was listed as "in stock" on their website
- After signing, I discovered this was not accurate
- One month later, still no vehicle

2. Poor Communication
- Kept moving the delivery date
- Now telling me to wait another month
- No clear explanation for the delays
- Lack of transparency throughout the process
-Still waiting for refund
-No reply to my emails

3. Financial Impact
- My current vehicle continues to depreciate while I wait
- Losing value on my existing car daily
- Unable to make alternative arrangements due to their promises

What particularly concerns me is that they allowed me to proceed with the lease agreement while advertising the car as available, only to then reveal extended waiting times. This type of misleading practice is unacceptable for a professional leasing company.


The company needs to:
- Update their website to reflect actual inventory
- Improve communication with customers
- Provide compensation for delays and misrepresentation
