"Paid money, no products, no response"
Ordered products from them, and got a tracking link. 7 weeks later no products, tracking link says products went back to Ireland because of wrong address details. However, the address details were correct.
Worst part is, I sent 4 emails to them asking what do to / for help. No response in 2 weeks.
Terrible company, might be scammers.

In my order there were (unfortunately) a part that didn’t work, but a short dialog with their excellent costumer support, they send me a replacement. I can not say anything else than: Fast delivery, wide range of choice and a well working costumer support.

When I made an order everything appeared to be fine. However 10 days later I had still not heard from them. After I contacted their customer support (which consists of 1 person who apparently deals with everything at the company) via chat (since email didn't work), it turned out that not only had they not processed my order but were asking for an increased shipping fee in order to ship my order. At that point I demanded a cancellation and a refund. Don't let the prices and the positive reviews on the website fool you, their service is extremely slow and unresponsive and items are regularly out of stock. Order elsewhere!

It did take a fair while for the handle to arrive (2weeks). But I was prepared. Fortunately, it fitted in the letter box. All seems fair to me.

One of my worst experiences with online shopping. My order was sent even though the Irish post is not sending post to my location.
A refund is refused until the package comes to me and I return it, even though this may take months.
I didn't receive a reply to my email enquiry until I phoned the shop.
Very unflexible and unhelpful service in this unusual and difficult time.
