Linda was so helpful in resolving my issue.
She was just so helpful in talking through the issue (I managed to damage pins on the plug) she sent me pictures and videos on WhatsApp and when the issue couldn't be resolved over the phone she sent me the spare part. The part arrived promptly and my Miramate is now up and running I am feeling the benefits already.

Chloe was so instrumental in helping me solve my problem when I broke the bulb on my ray gun. She helped me trouble shoot for a solution so I wouldn’t have to buy a new ray gun when I couldn’t get the rest of the broken bulb out of the gun. Chloe always responded to my communications and was supportive and assuring that we’d figure something out. She promised me she’d stay with me till we got it fixed or replaced. If you break the bulb off it’s nearly impossible to grip the bulb with tweezers to pull out what’s left. I put some super glue inside the bulb and stuffed it with some Terry cloth leaving a tail to pull on when glue dried. Next day I pulled bulb out. My ray gun is back in service with new bulb. Thank you Chloe for your help and support!❤️
