These guys are fantastic, I always get through to a lovely, patient vet who gives good advice. Brilliant service that puts my mind at rest and helps me make the best decision for my pets from the comfort of my home.

I was impressed with the speed in which ist vet arranged my vet call back video call which gave me multiple options on the time which would suit me,,the vet was friendly,curtious and understanding and made it a pleasure to use for those of us who are still not used to things like video calls,,on a final note the diagnosis in the correspondents sent after the call is a week written itinerary which I can hand to the vet to read when I take socks for his check..

Third time I have used the service for my puppy in as many weeks. This time for upset stomach. Sound advice sought on a Friday afternoon when I would have started to worry about what would happen if the condition got worse over the weekend.
For a first time puppy owner this is an invaluable service to have. I would say its worth paying for if you are not lucky enough to have it through your pet insurance

An amazing service to have access to 24/7, we got a video call late at night within 10 minutes. Lovely service reasssuring and avoiding rushing out to our vets.

Very impressed with this service - the video call was easy, and I had earlier, submitted a photo of the problem I needed to discuss for my dog. The vet was thorough, provided me with good advice and reassured me that everything was fine and that to be certain I should make an appointment to see my vet. He explained the various reasons for the lump that had appeared behind my dog's right ear and I felt confident with his diagnosis. I was very pleased with the service and it allowed me to get an opinion on the situation first before contacting my vet, so I was very grateful for his insight and recommendations. Would highly recommend this service.

The service provided was nothing short of excellent.
The consultant assessed Otis in a methodical manner and asked relevant questions to enquire further.
He was very calm, professional and knowledgeable and gave sound advice.

He also checked addresses for out of hours vets for us and compiled notes which he sent to both our selves and both our own vets and out of hours vets which was different.
