My necklace arrived today, it is lovely and was beautifully hand wrapped. The charms are beautiful and it was nice of them to include 2 freebies charms that matched the theme of the other ones I had ordered. I have removed 1 star purely because it took nearly a week to arrive but I know this was due to the new year's holidays, but I had paid express which would normally be 1-2 business days. Also the chain options could be more, I find the 18" too small for me, 20 or 22 would be better rather than just the jump to 30" so I may need to buy a new chain, but otherwise lovely and my daughter now wants one as they have a special offer till end of Jan 2022 for 8 free charms when you buy a locket. Overall very impressed and sure hers will arrive much sooner as the holiday period has finished. Thanks, a lovely item to remind me of my loved one recently passed x
