I reached out to multiple companies to have custom boxes made for one of our products. There are several reasons we went with Custom Box Lane. Nathan (The representative that helped us) was prompt, responsive, friendly, helpful, patient and flexible. The pricing was significantly less than other quotes for the same item.
Once the process started the communication between us, our representative and the design team was amazing. Any changes/ corrections were made quickly and another proof was sent until we had a final design. After which a final proof was sent and we requested for a physical proof to be sent to ensure that we had our dimensions correct. (Worth the little extra to get the physical proof) after we gave the final confirmation the production and shipping time was much quicker then we had anticipated. We are very satisfied all around with this entire process and will be ordering all packaging from them going forward.
