Found and ordered what I wanted before lunch, and it was delivered less than 24 hours later exactly as I wanted. Sensible prices, P&P that's not a rip-off and great service. Only improvement would have been a smaller box so I didn't have so much recycling to process! I'll definitely use them next time I need a spare for my stove.

True to his word, and keeping in touch throughout, the part was delivered as promised, carefully wrapped and at reasonable cost.
