"Unprofessional"

Unprofessional, dishonest and very poor at customer service. Everything is great until you pay your deposit, after that you are left with a bunch of incompetent people and end up with a very poor job. Steve the owner is one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever met.
Update: When the owner Steve actually realised that I was a genuine customer I started receiving telephone harassment from him on my mobile phone and my company’s landline (he must have made a search on companies house with my name as the order was for my house).
I felt so uncomfortable to the point where I had to report it to the police.
I would avoid planet granite at all costs.

Very good service from start to finish. We knew which quartz worktop we wanted. Spoke to Russ he organised the ordering process and once the units were fitted he arranged their templating specialist (who was brilliant) to come out. 2 wks later the fitters came fitted out beautiful worktops perfectly. Worktops have been in now 6wks and we love them. Very good service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

If you need new worktops, this is the place to go!! From my first interaction with Steve, he was friendly, helpful and very informative. I did not have much knowledge on granite worktops, however both Steve and Dan provided me with all the knowledge I needed to make a final decision as to what would go well with my kitchen. I was also given a tour of the showroom and shown all the gorgeous designs.
The entire process was smooth and stress free and since it's been installed, every single person who has walked into my kitchen, the first comment is always about the Granite. It's definitely worth every penny.

"Excellent Service"

Needed to get my existing worktops replaced due to water damage, was recommended Planet Granite by my brother and was not disappointed. From start to finish they took care of everything and went above and beyond to finish my kitchen due to some issues caused by the water damage. Can not recommend these guys enough.

The staff were excellent in helping us decide what was best for our new kitchen, templating was quick and efficient too. The whole experience has been an amazing journey and my worktops look superb. From visiting the Showroom/Manufacturing Unit to Fitting, the whole team have been professional, experienced and extremely helpful. From Steve when making my choice, he advised on what would be suitable both for colour and durability. Russell stayed in touch at every stage of the process, whilst Bodgan did a fantastic job of fitting the three worktops in a difficult environment. Having completed a big renovation project I can say it is rare to find such a professional Company offering quality service and quality product. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the team.

Buying quartz is on par with buying an expensive kitchen and this is why you need to do your due diligence with suppliers. Thankfully Planet Granite exist who reassured me of their class and workmanship. I am a pessimist and always overthink things, until I visited the showroom and dealt with Dan. What an amazing guy, he showed me around the showroom and then took me to the factory where it's fabricated. I would advise anyone to go and see them. A great organisation is made up of its people and Dan is amongst those who take Planet Granite's reputation to new heights. After my initial phone call Dan invited me over. Even after this I was uneasy because this was the final piece to my amazing kitchen. I spoke to Steve (owner) and I got the feeling that he has worked hard for the last 20 years to build his reputation and his great team will take care of me. I went back again for a second visit and again Dan accomodated me without the PUSHY salesmanship. My wife and I felt respected and were not cornered like you will if you were dealing with other big players. Having built the rapport with Dan, i took the courage of faith and i placed my order. He was always available to answer all my questions even in out of hours! I went through many options to make it fit within my budget but not lose the quality and vision that I had and in the end we came up with such a package that was Win-Win for us both. He placed my order and kept me up to date with the progress. Then on templating day, a lovely man by the name of Vince came to template. He was very knowledgable and gave me sound advice and his measurements were absolutely precise after spending good 2 hours doing this. He ensured that the measurements were spot on. A week later the 2 chaps turned up by the name of Bogdan & Kieran to do the fitting. Again these guys were so profressional and ensured that I was happy whilst they were going around fitting. Being a natural stress case, I must commend Planet Granite's team that Steve employs and especially a big shout out to Dan the man! without him my assumption is that customer orders wouldnt be the same and I am sure Steve the owner recognises that he has an amazing team. Kudos to Planet Granite and thank you so much for fulling our dream. By the way, I got the feeling that Planet Grabnite have spent many years building their reputation that the aftercare is also something that they do take pride in and wouldn't just brush their customers away. I hope I never have this issue, but sods law may one day take me back but I am assured by Planet Granite to resolve any issues should there be any. Again, Dan thank you for serving me and you are a true asset to Planet Granite.
