I had trouble figuring out which item number corresponded to the pieces I needed from the diagram, ending up splitting my order into more pieces than I needed, but all items that I ordered arrived promptly, were exactly as described, and solved my issues entirely. Read those little diagrams carefully and you should be able to find your parts.

Ease of ordering and prompt delivery. Communication could have been better i.e. shipping notification and tracking data was not forwarded.

"Sent the wrong part"

Sent the wrong part. In addition, the box was torn open, a part was bent, and it looked like the box was resealed many times. I started an RMA the day it arrived. First they said it was the right part and blocked me from replying to the RMA. Then I started a new one and mentioned a part was bent. They denied the RMA because they don't cover damaged parts after 5 days out. For 2 weeks they were impossible to reach without someone hanging up on me or ending a chat. I'm now stuck with a $310 part that I can't use and can't return.
It seems they make money by scamming people!!
