"T'was Valentine's Day…"
First time to order flowers from them.. t'was Valentine's Day and they promised to deliver it within the day (6am-8pm)
They said that I will receive an email once it's ready and delivered. I haven't received any notification and they're not answering my messages and phone calls.
Tho' I know it's a busy day but still, it is not an excuse to ignore your customers.
I even asked them to refund my payment co'z I thought they can't make it. Then later on, I received my BF's photo holding a bouquet of flower, chocolates & balloon and that was 10pm, Manila Time.

Nobody was replying and nobody was giving updates. I emailed and called but nobody is answering. The worst thing you can do for your customer is to ignore them. WORST FLOWER DELIVERY EVER!

The orders were not delivered on time and I was not informed that the delivery personnel had difficulty in locating the address until I called the website myself

I bough premium flowers but what I receive is not premium. Received the flowers crumpled and have to fix it myself before handing it over to my wife. The delivery guy did not want to deliver it to my unit despite the guards allowing him to go up and hand it over. Even have to wake up and go down to pick it up from him in the guard house. But really the flowers are not premium so different from the image I saw online and this should be in a box when delivered. Rider sucks.

delivery was as expected. the only thing is that the flowers were no longer fresh as it should be. there's a lot of room to improve how the flowers are delivered I believed. overall good though.

"WORST Experience"
WORST Experience. Ordered flower last DECEMBER and not yet received until now. Their customer service is unresponsive, their address is not updated and they not providing any update on their customers. They mentioned that they will resolved my issue and yet no resolution until now!! Its as if a scam!! Will never order on this store again!!!
