Great service from Dipples for an online watch purchase. They had a specific watch that I wanted in stock, when I had not been able to find it anywhere else. I emailed on a weekend to check that they definitely had it, and they replied straight away. Very fast delivery. Watch came very nicely wrapped and boxed, with the manufacturers guarantee card fully completed. This may seem like a minor point, but I have purchased watches elsewhere where the retailer did not bother to fill out the guarantee card. Would definitely purchase from Dipples online again.

Excellent service from Dipples, when I ordered an Oris watch on-line. I had a response to initial questions I posted in the evening at 7am the next day. After ordering I had regular updates and the flexibility I asked for on the delivery date. The watch was really well packaged and running with the correct time and date, which was a nice touch. Most importantly of all the watch is stunning. I would thorough recommend Dipples :)

Small, independent Jewellers. Good easy to use web site. Great selection of Hearts on Fire jewelry with sale items at very competitive prices. Bought through web site having got some very good info & advice over the telephone from Jo at their Norwich shop. Earrings delivered timely and in good secure packaging. Would definitely go to them again for HoF, and I would recommend them overall.
