I finished the training and called with questions about what's the next steps because the last 10 hours of the training I got redirect to different websites. The customer representative was rude, disrespectful and didn't even knew what to do, he transferred my call to another company and they transferred back to him because they didn't nothing to do with the question. He started raising his voice, calling names and screaming... I would never recommend this company even to my enemies!!!!!

I like the way the course is played out. The small modules make it easy to be able to follow along. The tests are straight forward from the material.

However, I absolutely do not like the narration. It sounds like some early computer generated AI that does not know how to pronounce certain words correctly. It has weird pauses where there should be no pause and finishes sentences with no tone inflection giving a cue that the sentence is over. It makes it very hard to listen to because there is no flow to the speaking.
