we ordered a flat top grill from this company and it came covered with rust on the top and side and inside of unit. They wouldnt help with the situation and said the grill was sold as is so we have to except that. Problem is in the description of the unit and pictures never was there rust mentioned.

I found this site when our school merchandiser cooler went down. I got a great deal on a brand new True - bigger and better than our old one. They beat everyone's price-even Sam's! Lauren was patient with all my questions and call-backs (while I measured and re-measured and got other bids and dealt with getting funds approved...you get the picture). The Superintendent was so impressed that I saved them so much money! Thanks for making me look good, guys! And we love our cool new cooler! ( The kids think it is the kind of cooler Batman would have. If he had a refrigerated merchandiser.)

Brad is a great guy to deal with. I'd say though that they can be even more careful when shipping heavy items. Irrespective of the return policy, it is a lot of work to return something with minor issues. So better to be super careful when shipping- take a second look to see if anything can be damaged etc.
